Andreas Andreou
Andreas Andreou is Executive Director and Board Member of The Cyprus Investment and Securities Corporation Limited (“CISCO”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of Cyprus. Andreas holds the dual position of Chief Financial Officer & Head Investment Banking. Prior to that Andreas was the Risk Manager (2013-2022) of Bank of Cyprus international and local subsidiaries (banking, insurance and investment industry). As a member of Bank of Cyprus Group Chief Risk Officer’s Office, Andreas participated in, among others, the Group Strategy Risk Assessment, IFRS9 Implementation, sale of Non-performing loans (c.€5.8bn) and Sustainability reporting. Andreas’ other prior managerial roles include Head Wealth Management Operations & Custody and Head Treasury Finance & Operations. Andreas was also a contributor to the European Trade Union Institute’s “Green Competences for trade unionists: a case-based approach” published in 2023.
